KAZANLAK

It is a small city located in the heart of the country, in the valley of the roses. It is famous for the production of Bulgarian rose oil, known worldwide for its quality and good properties.

There is the only museum in Europe of the Bulgarian Rose Oil where you can see the process of elaboration from the medieval times. In the city you can see examples of Bulgarian renaissance architecture from the 19th century and the ancient Thracian tomb from the 4th century BC.
